Is there a delivery charge?

Your order can be delivered 3/4 working day system for most post codes in the UK Mainland. You can collect your order from our warehouse at Units1-4 Byram Business Park, Brotherton, North Yorkshire, WF11 9HS, please give time to arrange for pallets to be withdrawn from our stocks. DELIVERY BAND 2.

NORMAL 3/4 DAYS DELIVERY;

The Normal service is 3/4 working days from our warehouse to your door and has a band cost of £50.00 per pallet, the consignment is your order,and more pallets ordered will reduce the cost per pallet, please ask our sale team for a quote. Deliveries that require special packaging or palletised service to make a satisfactory delivery

The goods are quality control inspected, before despatch, and this is important to keep checking upon our delivery arrangements with our couriers. Claims for any damage should be made at time of signing for the item, with the courier. However, if a claim is not or cannot be made at the time of delivery, this should be made within 24 hours, and to the courier, who will have left you with a card noting details of the delivery. Any claim for damage made after this period will not be accepted by the courier or ourselves.

Delivery to Europe and Rest of the World

Parcels delivered to Europe and the Rest of the World will be quoted before any final accounting takes place, and agreement will be made before despatch.

Despatch

Our website is designed to only allow you to purchase items we have in stock however In the unlikely event that any of the items you order are out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone of our earliest possible despatch date, or ask you to choose again. Items from your order, already in stock, may be despatched not to cause any delay, and back orders or new choice will follow later, the same terms of delivery costs will be accounted as our terms.

Delivery Time

Delivery is made from our warehouses to your door. We reserve the right to cancel any order or not supply goods if the account is not fully cleared before dispatch of goods.

Missing or Delayed Items

Please note that we will need to wait at least 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
